After an exceptional 12 months of growth and success, our Permanent Recruitment team is expanding. We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join us and build their own successful desk within one of the strongest brands in the residential property recruitment space.
At Abbatt, we’re already a key player in the market - working with leading property management companies, developers, RMCs and wider residential property organisations across London and the UK. That means you’ll be stepping into a business with real traction, warm relationships and genuine opportunity from day one.
The Role:This is a true 360 position with an initial focus on the candidate side, designed to give you a deep understanding of the residential property market before transitioning into full desk ownership!
- Build and grow your own permanent recruitment desk
- Work a strong base of warm and existing client relationships

- Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end

£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
