A senior residential property role with genuine influence. We’re working with a growing residential property business seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of large, complex developments and the teams behind them. This is a role for someone who wants to lead, improve and make an impact - not simply manage the day-to-day.

THE ROLE

  • Oversee around 4–6 complex developments, with responsibility for:
    • Leadership and development of on-site teams
    • Property management, compliance, H&S and PPM
    • Client relationships and contract mobilisation
    • Service charge budgets and financial reporting
    • Audits, risk management and continuous improvement
    • Supporting wider operational strategy

YOU’LL BRING

  • Strong residential / leasehold property experience
  • Experience managing large and complex developments / portfolios
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong compliance, H&S and PPM knowledge
  • Commercial and financial awareness
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Managing agent experience is highly desirable
  • Strong leasehold experience is particularly important; pure BTR backgrounds are less aligned
