About the Role:

We are looking for an organised, people focused Concierge to join a residential team in Hounslow. As the main point of contact at the front desk, you will assist with on-site deliveries, address customer queries, handle service requests and day-to day duties, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests, manage calls and front desk enquiries.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professional appearance.
  • Handle complaints calmly and effectively.
  • Oversee site security, including CCTV monitoring and access control.
  • Manage deliveries, mail, and key logs accurately.
  • Monitor and report Health & Safety or security issues; act in emergencies.
  • Perform regular site inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Enforce fire safety protocols while on duty.
  • Provide clear shift handovers and assist the Building Manager as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or concierge role, with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Confident and articulate communicator, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of customers and clients.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and electronic record-keeping. Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
