We're Abbatt Property Recruitment - an award-winning specialist agency with brilliant client and candidate relationships. Our Temporary desk is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, warm and people-first Candidate Resourcer to join us.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the person who finds great candidates, builds relationships with them, and ensures we have all the right information to be able to send them to our clients. Day-to-day that looks like:
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and social media
- Screening and interviewing candidates face-to-face
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Prepping candidates for interviews so they walk in confident
- Building and nurturing a talent pool of both active and passive candidates
- Managing your pipeline through our recruitment software
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a recruitment agency is a real plus, but if you've worked in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced, people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you. We're hiring for character as much as CV.
