Abbatt Property Recruitment is an award-winning specialist agency with a strong reputation for placing top talent across the residential property sector in London and beyond. As demand from our clients continues to grow, we're looking for a switched-on, proactive Resourcer to join our Perms team.

You'll work closely with our Division Manager, learning the desk from the inside and building a strong database of top candidates for our Perms team. As you grow in confidence and build your knowledge of the market, you'll start picking up real accounts to manage yourself — giving you a genuine foundation to grow from, with real progression into a full consultant role down the line.

Our Perms team specialises in recruiting skilled property professionals, with a focus on concierge, security, property management and building manager roles. We take a consultative approach with both clients and candidates, prioritising long‑term relationships over transactional placements.

What you'll be doing:

Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and your own network. Building and maintaining our candidate database. Screening CVs and running initial candidate calls. Writing standout CVs and compelling bios for client presentations. Supporting interview coordination and candidate prep. Getting stuck into client meetings and networking as you grow into the role.

What we offer:

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Comprehensive private healthcare through AXA PPP. An Employee Assistance Programme including face‑to‑face counselling. Interest‑free season ticket loan. Monthly entertainment budget for team events. Gym contributions. Regular social events including office drinks, monthly team outings, quarterly company‑wide socials and summer and Christmas parties. Ongoing training with a path to managing your own accounts.

What we're looking for:

Recruitment experience is ideal, but we're just as open to backgrounds in lettings, property management or hospitality. A warm, engaging and confident communicator who builds rapport naturally. Someone resilient, proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Genuine ambition to grow - not just to fill a desk, but to build something of your own within a business that will invest in you.

If you're ready to start your recruitment career somewhere supportive, fun and with real development opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
