We’re Hiring: Recruitment Resourcer | Abbatt Property Recruitment

Join us at Abbatt Property Recruitment to work alongside our fantastic Recruitment Manager in a supportive, collaborative environment where your career can truly flourish.

At Abbatt we partner with Property Management companies to place property professionals in to roles in London and beyond. Typical roles include Estate Managers, Building Managers, Concierge and Security Guards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts
  • Sourcing, selecting and registering great candidates
  • Screening CVs and arranging interviews
  • Managing data entry and compliance via our ATS
  • Providing constructive feedback to candidates
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager with day-to-day recruitment activity

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Someone who’s ambitious, driven and hungry for success
  • Experience working in recruitment would be a bonus, but some experience in an administrative or customer facing role would also be considered
