Profile: Our client has an extremely large presence within the industry offering great career growth and the ability to establish yourself within the residential industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the administration of the Development and assisting with the development records and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Communicating with residents regarding maintenance issues and property updates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records, databases, and filing systems.
- Managing agreements, contracts, and other property-related documents.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assisting with temporary cover for staff - Reaching out to external agency and booking shifts.
- Coordinating with maintenance repair requests and issues.
- Monitoring maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Assisting with PPM Trackers - Health and safety etc.
- Assisting with budgets for operations and maintenance.
- Assisting with financial reporting.
- Answering phones, emails, and handling general inquiries.
- Scheduling meetings, inspections, and other appointments.
- Preparing reports and correspondence.
