This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position within a quiet development of around 50 apartments, home to long-term residents who value a friendly, familiar face.
The role includes:
- Assisting residents with day-to-day requests
- Managing parcels and deliveries
- Coordinating contractors and site access
- Carrying out regular building inspections
- Monitoring security and communal areas
- Reporting maintenance issues and keeping accurate logs
