Night Security / Valet Officer

We are currently have a very exciting new opportunity for a Night Security/Valet Officer to work in our beautiful residential development located in E14. As a Security/Valet Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the development. Your key day-to-day duties will involve valet duties (parking cars onto mechanical stackers), internal and external patrols, responding to emergencies, operation of the concierge desk, CCTV monitoring and reporting issues to senior management. Key duties: Valet parking Conducting internal and external site patrols Monitoring CCTV Monitoring alarm systems Undertaking any other reasonable functions as required Managing any incidents and emergencies as they arise Handling noise complaints Responding to antisocial behaviours Liaising with the Team, Senior Management and residents/the public clearly and concisely Concierge duties (responding to residents\’ enquiries, key and parcel handling) Essential requirements: Valid SIA badge Clean UK, manual driving licence Confident driver Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Good understanding of Health and Safety processes Desirable: Experience gained within residential security role Concierge/front of house experience Experience in valet parking Shift pattern and hours: 4 on 2 off /19:00-07:00 Salary: £42,865 per annum / £14.72 per hour Location: Millwall E14 (nearest station is Crossharbour on the DLR) Start date: ASAP Apply with your CV today.
