Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician Temporary! Location: London (Zone 1) Monday to Friday Salary £45,000 per annum pro rata to an hourly rate The Role We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and skilled Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join an experienced maintenance team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and general property upkeep across the portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electrical work, and other multi-trade tasks. Complete planned and preventative maintenance inspections. Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests. Provide clear job updates, including before-and-after photographs where required. Complete work to a high standard, minimising repeat visits. Represent our client professionally when interacting with residents, guests, contractors, and colleagues. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order.
