The successful candidate will take full operational responsibility for the development, ensuring seamless service delivery, outstanding resident experience, and exceptional presentation across all areas of the building and amenities.
- Lead and manage the on-site concierge/front of house team, driving performance and service excellence.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, guests, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee all hard and soft service contractors, ensuring compliance and SLA/KPI performance.
- Manage day-to-day operational delivery across the estate and communal amenities.
