We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Doorman to join our residential development team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. A UK drivers licence is required.

Please be aware this role is mainly standing so you need to be physically fit and willing to be on your feet for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor access to the building and ensure security protocols are followed
  • Manage deliveries and assist with parcel handling
  • Provide general assistance to residents, including directions and basic enquiries
  • Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to deter unauthorised access
  • Liaise with building management and report any issues or incidents promptly
  • Ensure communal areas near the entrance remain tidy and presentable
  • Assist with delivering parcels to resident doors
  • Parking resident vehicles
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. concierge, security, customer service) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Ability to remain calm and attentive in a busy environment
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Right to work in the UK
