Job Title: Lifestyle Concierge Salary : £38,000 – £45,000 per annum Location: Mayfair Working hours: Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 17:00pm Profile: Abbatt are currently recruiting for a Lifestyle Concierge to join one of our high-end clients offering luxury experience. The successful candidate will support the delivery of concierge tasks, to enhance their customer service further and provide a seamless travel / entertainment arrangement.Ideally, you’ll be a creative thinker who is highly organised with a forward-planning attitude. You will have exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to use their dedicated systems to execute your duties. Responsibilities Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships. Be the direct point of contact for the Management Agent Serve as a key point of contact for residents and efficiently respond to enquiries and requests. Liaise with contractors and arrange for them to attend site as and when required Take full ownership of resident requests and deliver a seamless travel / entertainment arrangement Work with a number of suppliers across the luxury travel industry to elevate our client’s experience.
