Salary: up to £32,000 p/annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Location: Greenhithe

Company Profile: We are looking to recruit a Gardener Supervisor who is motivated, hardworking and looking to be part of a great team. You will supervise a small ground maintenance team and will be responsible for ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard, including Lawn/Grass Cutting, Leaf Collection, Weeding, Pruning, Hedge Trimming and general grounds maintenance.

Duties:

  • Manage a team of 3 grounds maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are delegated accordingly.
  • Provide a high standard of service to the site and our customers.
  • Maintain the estate grounds and apartment gardens to a high standard.
  • Use ride on mowers in accordance with operating procedure.
  • Use petrol powered gardening tools.
  • Cleaning of car park areas with specialist sweeping machine.
  • Cleaning of internal communal areas of apartment blocks.
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures.
  • Follow the correct method of working as per RAMS.
  • Report any defects to your line manager.
  • Carry out fencing repairs and general estate maintenance work as required.
