Caretaker in Greenhithe

Abbatt are seeking a Caretaker to join a picturesque residential development located in Greenhithe, Kent. The Maintenance Operative will be assisting with the general upkeep of the development, ensuring you\’re going above and beyond. Salary: upto £25,000 depending on experience

Contract Hours: Mon to Fri 08:00am to 16:00pm

– Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• To play an active role as custodian of the building and its curtilage.
• To take responsibility for the presentation, cleanliness, and safety of all the public areas.
• To interact with residents in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner at all times.
• Responsible for the driving of the refuse buggy safely and professionally around the development.
• To ensure that any breaches of security or damage is reported to the management team/ relevant authorities.
• Always maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Estate, specifically in relation to litter picking, sweeping of external communal areas and building curtilages, bin storage areas and car park cleanliness.
