Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify and address potential fire hazards.
• Ensure all fire exits are clear, accessible, and correctly signed.
• Check that fire extinguishers and other fire safety equipment are in place and in good working order.
• Maintain accurate records of checks and any incidents.
• Act as the first point of contact in the event of a fire alarm or other emergency, following established procedures.
• Assist with the safe evacuation of personnel if required.
• Communicate effectively with site staff and emergency services.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Fire Marshal or in a similar safety-related role is highly desirable.
• Recognized Fire Marshal training certification.
• A good understanding of fire safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work night
• Valid right to work in the UK.
