The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting Temporary Fire Marshal’s for a number of different residential developments located in London. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest level of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors you may come across at the developments. Key duties: To carry out regular patrols in order to offer an additional level of fire detection, to escalate and report fire hazards, and if the fire alarm sounds, assist in the safe evacuation of residents and visitors immediately Ensure fire doors are in good condition, closed properly, and are not being wedged or propped open Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place, tested, and in good condition Ensure means of escape including corridors, landings and final exit doors are not obstructed, particularly with combustible waste Ensuring all doors required to provide emergency exits are clearly marked and operate as they should Be aware of and look out for fire hazards around the building The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar role and a fire marshal certificate or willing to get one. You will also have: Someone who can be relied upon to turn up to work every day and be on time A team player who will work to increase productivity Excellent communication skills Good understanding of Health and Safety processes
