We're looking for a Fire Door Surveyor to join a well-established property management company, helping to ensure residential developments remain safe, compliant and maintained to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in fire door inspections or building compliance who enjoys a varied role combining site-based surveying with office support.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for carrying out scheduled fire door inspections across a large residential portfolio while supporting the wider property management team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Surveying approximately 1,500 communal fire doors on a rolling programme (four inspections per year)
- Identifying defects and recording findings accurately
- Producing clear inspection reports and maintaining compliance records
