Estates Manager – East London

Location: East London (E3)

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm

Start Date: Ideally before mid-November 2025

The Role

As Residential Estates Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead mobilisation and prepare the estate for first residents
  • Oversee daily operations, safety compliance, and contractors
  • Deliver a best-in-class resident experience, including move-ins
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor concierge, security, and estate staff
  • Manage budgets, inspections, and compliance reporting

About You

  • Experienced in managing prestigious residential estates (or transferable hospitality/forces background)
  • Strong leadership and contractor management skills
  • Resident-focused, with excellent communication skills
  • Financial management knowledge desirable
  • Mobilisation experience a plus
  • Driving licence beneficial
