Estates Manager – East London
Location: East London (E3)
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm

The Role
As Residential Estates Manager, you’ll:
- Lead mobilisation and prepare the estate for first residents
- Oversee daily operations, safety compliance, and contractors
- Deliver a best-in-class resident experience, including move-ins
- Recruit, manage, and mentor concierge, security, and estate staff
- Manage budgets, inspections, and compliance reporting
About You
- Experienced in managing prestigious residential estates (or transferable hospitality/forces background)
- Strong leadership and contractor management skills
- Resident-focused, with excellent communication skills
- Financial management knowledge desirable
- Mobilisation experience a plus
- Driving licence beneficial
