What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in managing high-end residential developments or similar sectors such as hospitality or military
  • A proactive, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent team leadership skills
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and managing expectations
  • Tech-savvy, organised, and able to manage budgets and resources efficiently
  • A driving license is preferred but not essential
  • Previous mobilisation experience is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the on-site concierge team (day and night shifts), setting rotas, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support, training, and development.
  • Deliver excellent resident services to ensure high levels of community satisfaction, fostering a customer-focused culture and maintaining strong relationships with residents.
  • Manage contractors and oversee both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain a visible, proactive presence on-site, working closely with all relevant parties to build and maintain strong client relationships and uphold high standards.
  • Assist in shaping the long-term mobilisation strategy as further phases of the development come online, contributing to future growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage refuse, parking, and key control systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions, enforcing house rules, and maintaining community standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain up-to-date safety records.
