Are you a professional, service-driven Concierge with a proven track record in residential settings? We are currently recruiting for a relatively small residential development located in Pimlico, London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident working independently as the sole concierge on site, playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resident queries, complaints, and emails
  • Ensure safe keeping and logging of flat keys for maintenance access
  • Manage lost property efficiently
  • Oversee safe delivery and distribution of parcels/packages
  • Monitor building and basement car park security via CCTV in coordination with managing agents
  • Maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs
  • Ensure communal areas are well-maintained, coordinating with cleaners and contractors
  • Perform daily building inspections, reporting any issues (e.g., leaks, lighting, trip hazards)
  • Promptly report any health and safety concerns to the managing agents
