Job Description

Job Title: Concierge Assistant

Location: KensingtonSalary: £27,500 per annum

Working Days: 5 days out of 7

Working hours: Rotating early (7 am – 3 pm), late (3 pm – 11 pm) and day shifts (varied between 9 am – 5 pm / 12 pm – 8 pm depending on business needs)

Profile:

My client is a premier property management firm dedicated exclusively to overseeing some of the most prestigious and architecturally iconic residential developments in the London. With a portfolio that spans super-prime residences in central London, they deliver white-glove service that mirrors the lifestyles of the residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manning the residence front entrance
  • Providing car valet services
  • Ensuring the safety of resident's personal belongings (ie car keys)
  • Luggage removal from vehicles
  • Assisting the Concierge / Receptionists with front office, concierge and administrative tasks
  • General bookings: Organising taxis, arranging reservations and more
  • Maintaining exceptional service standards in line with resident's evolving needs
  • Building patrols to ensure the safety of the residents
  • Key handling
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Post and parcels – Alerting residents when deliveries have come in

Essential requirements:

  • Clean full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
  • Concierge experience or relevant experience
