Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Residential Litigation
Location: Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home)
Salary: Between 55k – 70k (DOE) + Benefits
Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE

What will you do:
This position offers exposure to high-quality litigation work, including:
- Long leasehold residential litigation
- Service charge disputes and leasehold enforcement
- Debt recovery and breach of lease cases
- First-Tier Tribunal (FTT) and County Court proceedings
- Advising clients on lease extensions, major works, and enforcement
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Strong litigation experience, particularly in defending cases and service charge disputes
- Sound knowledge of leases and enforcement of judgments
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team – this role requires a hands-on approach, including preparing your own bundles
