We’re looking for an experienced Estate Manager to take full ownership of a prestigious mixed-use development in North London. You’ll be the visible lead on-site - trusted by residents, occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders - ensuring the estate runs smoothly and looks its best. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the on-site team to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee contractors, building operations, defects, and new asset mobilisation
- Manage the day-to-day running of the estate and public realm
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements
- Engage with residents and stakeholders, handling queries and feedback professionally
- Manage budgets, KPIs, reporting, and contractor performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Estate Manager / Senior FM within residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong M&E knowledge (CHPs, district heating systems, lifts, access control, etc.)
- Experience working with developers and managing complex defect processes
- Highly organised, confident communicator, and strong leader
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle challenges diplomatically
- Passionate about delivering a first-class resident experience
