Are you working in residential property and ready for your next step?
We're looking for an experienced Property/Operations/Compliance Manager to join a forward-thinking property business in a varied role covering insurance, utilities, procurement, governance and operational support.
A genuinely niche opportunity for someone looking to move into a more technical and commercially focused position within property.
The role:
You'll take ownership of:
Insurance renewals and broker relationships
Gas, electricity and wider procurement
Supplier and broker negotiation
Contractor vetting and compliance
Governance and company secretarial support
CRM, trackers and operational processes
Projects and process improvements
Overseeing and quality-checking team workloads
What we're looking for:
Property experience is important , ideally within residential property or property management.
Experience in any of the following would be valuable:
Insurance broking or renewals
Utilities or procurement
Contractor management
Property compliance
Governance or company secretarial
Property operations or project management
Insurance/renewal experience would be a big advantage, with utilities experience particularly desirable.
