Assistant Property Manager – Block Management
Hendon, NW4 (office-based with some flex here and there)
£35,000–£38,000 + discretionary bonus
Ready to grow your property management career in a supportive, hands-on environment? We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join a small, collaborative team managing residential blocks. This is a heavily admin-based role - ideal for someone organised, switched-on and confident speaking with leaseholders and contractors.
What You’ll Do- Support 2 experienced Property Managers day-to-day
- Liaise with leaseholders & contractors—handle queries, solve problems
- Manage admin: invoices, insurance claims, Section 20s, meeting packs
- Help ensure compliance & assist with major works coordination
- Occasional block visits (you won’t be site-based)
- Some experience in block management (or similar)
- You know what a Section 20 is - no need to teach the basics
- Strong admin & organisation skills
- Confident, proactive communicator (especially with clients!)
- Team player with common sense and attention to detail
- Stable work history - this is a role for someone looking to stay & grow
- Hybrid working (more flexible for the right person)
- £35k–£38k + discretionary bonus
