We are seeking polished, professional and personable Temporary Concierges to join our team, providing outstanding front-of-house service across some of London's most prestigious residential developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for luxury hospitality, residential services and delivering a first-class experience to residents and their guests.
The Role
As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment while maintaining the high standards expected within a premium residential development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting residents, guests and visitors
- Managing the reception and front-of-house area
- Handling resident requests and enquiries professionally
- Managing deliveries, parcels and courier collections
- Coordinating contractors, visitors and appointments
- Monitoring access and maintaining building security procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Assisting with resident events and development activities
- Liaising with building management and other on-site teams
- Maintaining accurate logs and handover information
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Immaculately presented and confident
- Warm, discreet and naturally service-focused
- Excellent communicators with a professional manner
- Reliable, punctual and highly organised
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth residents and VIP guests
- Experienced in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge, property or premium customer service
- Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within luxury residential, five-star hospitality or premium front-of-house environments is highly desirable.
