The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly regarded property investment and management company with a prestigious portfolio across Central London.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 20 luxury residential developments and 7 commercial properties, you'll work closely alongside the Managing Director as part of a small, collaborative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys taking ownership of a varied and demanding portfolio.
The business is renowned for its exceptionally high standards and manages some of London's most exclusive properties, requiring a Property Manager who is confident dealing with high-net-worth individuals and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a prestigious portfolio of approximately 20 residential and 7 commercial properties across London.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, residents, high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenant enquiries, coordinating move-ins and check-outs.
- Managing maintenance requests and ensuring repairs are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Carrying out regular property inspections.
- Ensuring full compliance with current UK property legislation and health & safety requirements.
- Managing contractors and suppliers, ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Overseeing basic financial administration, including rent collection, invoice processing and budget monitoring.
- Working closely with the Managing Director to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.
- Handling urgent issues professionally and confidently while managing multiple competing priorities.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager with excellent organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
You'll have:
- Extensive experience in residential property management, with commercial experience being advantageous.
- Experience managing premium or high-end properties and delivering exceptional customer service.
- The confidence to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and senior stakeholders.
- A stable employment history demonstrating commitment and longevity (MUST)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A calm and professional approach when working under pressure and managing tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of UK property legislation, compliance and health & safety requirements.
- Experience coordinating contractors and overseeing maintenance programmes.
- Competence with financial administration, including budgets, invoices and rent collection.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Professional qualifications are not essential. The client is focused on finding the right experience, personality and commercial approach.
