We're recruiting a Front of House Assistant to join a large, modern residential development in Wembley Park, offering an impressive range of resident amenities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and being the friendly face of a high-quality residential development.
The Role
You'll be a key part of the on-site team, helping create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while keeping the day-to-day operation running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming residents and visitors and managing reception
- Handling enquiries, deliveries and access
- Supporting resident requests and amenity bookings
- Keeping reception and communal areas looking their best
- Liaising with contractors and the property management team
- Helping resolve day-to-day issues and escalating when needed
- Completing basic administration and maintaining accurate records
About You
You might have experience in front of house, reception, residential concierge, hotels, hospitality or customer service...

- Well-presented, with a strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable using IT and handling basic admin
