We're looking for a Contracts and Procurement Manager to join a forward-thinking property business in a varied role covering insurance, utilities, procurement, governance and operational support. A genuinely niche opportunity for someone looking to move into a more technical and commercially focused position within property.
The role: You'll take ownership of:
- Insurance renewals and broker relationships
- Gas, electricity and wider procurement
- Supplier and broker negotiation
- Contractor vetting and compliance
- Governance and company secretarial support
- CRM, trackers and operational processes
- Projects and process improvements
- Overseeing and quality-checking team workloads
What we're looking for: Property experience is important, ideally within residential property or property management. Experience in any of the following would be valuable:
- Insurance broking or renewals
- Utilities or procurement
- Contractor management
- Property compliance
- Governance or company secretarial
- Property operations or project management
Insurance/renewal experience would be a big advantage, with utilities experience particularly desirable.
