I'm working on a confidential Development Manager opportunity with a highly respected property management business, overseeing an established residential development in North London.
This isn't an Estates Director role or a huge portfolio.
It's a hands-on building management position where you'll lead a small on-site team, take ownership of the development and get stuck into the issues that need solving.
THE ROLE
- Full responsibility for a residential development
- Lead a small on-site maintenance & concierge team
- Oversee compliance, PPM, risk & contractor management
- Support budgets, service charges & financial reporting
- Manage RMC relationships and key stakeholders
- Take ownership of ongoing building issues & legacy projects
- Drive improvements and get things moving
