We're recruiting a Front of House Assistant to join a large, modern residential development in Wembley Park, offering an impressive range of resident amenities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and being the friendly face of a high-quality residential development.
The Role
You'll be a key part of the on-site team, helping create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while keeping the day-to-day operation running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming residents and visitors and managing reception
Handling enquiries, deliveries and access
Supporting resident requests and amenity bookings
Keeping reception and communal areas looking their best
Liaising with contractors and the property management team
Helping resolve day-to-day issues and escalating when needed
Completing basic administration and maintaining accurate records
About You
You might have experience in front of house, reception, residential concierge, hotels, hospitality or customer service ...

Comfortable using IT and handling basic admin
