We're looking for a friendly, proactive and professional Day Concierge to join a high-quality residential development in Dartford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being front-facing, hands-on and genuinely helping residents, rather than simply sitting behind a desk.
THE ROLE
- Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors and contractors
- Managing parcels, keys and visitor access
- Carrying out regular site patrols
- Reporting maintenance, H&S and security issues
- Completing daily building checks and logs
- Helping residents with queries and taking ownership of issues
- Keeping communal and front-of-house areas looking their best
