The role blends traditional porter duties with concierge tasks, including refuse management, upkeep and resident assistance. Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 08:00–17:00; Tue/Thu 09:00–18:00; salary £30,700 per annum.
You will be the on-site point of contact for residents, help with deliveries, perform light cleaning, and support routine inspections and contractor access.
