We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Weekend Night Concierge to join the team at an established boarding school in the heart of central London (WC1A), on a one year fixed-term contract (end date in June 2027).
The Night Concierge will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional reception service throughout the night, supporting students with any queries or concerns, and helping to maintain a safe, secure and well-managed environment.
You will be a key point of contact for students overnight, providing assistance where needed and escalating any urgent welfare, safeguarding, security or maintenance concerns to the appropriate member of staff.
We are looking for someone who is r eliable, approachable and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a reception, concierge, security or overnight environment would be beneficial, and experience within student accommodation would be advantageous.
