We are currently recruiting for a new Night Concierge / Security Officer to become a part of the team at our prestigious Victorian mansion block in Marylebone. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, positive personality with ability to build trusting relationships with residents, colleagues and others. As first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, you must have exceptional communication and customer service skills, show keen attention to detail while maintaining high standards, and solve problems in a proactive and confident manner. The successful candidate MUST have valid CCTV experience, and an SIA badge is desirable. Main duties and responsibilities Provide front of house concierge and security to the residents and visitors, providing a safe and welcoming environment. Accurately manage post parcels for the development. Conduct regular patrols throughout the premises to ensure the safety and security of the building. Monitor CCTV systems continuously, control access to the building, respond promptly to ensure safety and security of the premises. Enforce the building regulations to prevent and minimise risk of breach of lease/ house rules.
