Responsible for overseeing 40 apartments, the concierge will be the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and contractors. They must be professional in manner and appearance at all times and available to assist residents, visitors and contractors with any enquiries they may have in a positive, solution-oriented way. This is a key front-of-house role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and presentation throughout the building. We will require 2 years' minimum of residential concierge experience, or a strong background in the hotel industry.
