Hours: Monday to Friday; 08:00-17:00 (45 hours weekly) Location: Westminster (SW1P) (closest station is St James Park or Victoria) Salary: £34,632 per annum / £14.80 per hour The Building Maintenance Operative is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of the site (residential and commercial). This includes site inspections, minor repairs, contractor oversight, health safety compliance, cleaning oversight, and supporting residents with building-related needs. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of presentation, security, and safety across the development and providing support to enhance the overall resident experience.
