We are looking for a UK-qualified solicitor to carry out a final legal review of a Fundraising Advisor Agreement for Abbas & Lilith Ltd.
The agreement is already drafted and requires:
- Review under the laws of England and Wales
- Redlining and correction of any problematic provisions
- Particular attention to FCA/FSMA and financial promotion considerations
- Review of the success-fee structure
- Review of the 1% equity arrangement, including the 6-month cliff and 18-month vesting period
- Advice on the liability cap and any separate corporate documents required before signing
- A short follow-up call to explain the key changes
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in UK startup, corporate and fundraising agreements.
Our available fixed-fee budget is up to £500, inclusive of VAT. The agreement can be shared privately for an accurate quotation.
