Global Logistics Coordinator We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-focused Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to our Global Shipping and Logistics Supervisor.
This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in ensuring our domestic and international shipments are prepared accurately, dispatched on time and tracked through to delivery.
You will be responsible for coordinating shipping documentation, supporting customs requirements and keeping shipment information accurate and up to date.
Alongside shipping responsibilities, you will provide general administrative office support.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, willing to learn and committed to continuous improvement .
You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and take pride in finding ways to make processes more efficient and effective.
Main Responsibilities and Duties Prepare shipping labels and all required documentation for domestic and international shipments.
Generate accurate commercial invoices based on shipment volumes to support smooth customs clearance.
