This position reports to: Service Co-ordination Manager.
In this role, you will contribute to the execution of the service delivery, strategy and growth of the Stonehouse Service Workshop and Repair Centre. You will also showcase your expertise by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality, cost-effective service offerings, solutions, and projects to customers, while maintaining technical accountability for the coordination and quality of workshop and repair activities.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and proactively follow up on customer quotations from RFQs across multiple channels, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in systems such as SalesForce and ServIS.
- Coordinate end-to-end workshop operations, including booking, scheduling technicians, procurement, order processing, invoicing, and dispatch to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Plan and manage sales orders in line with Service Rates or Full Cost Model, ensuring margin control, billing accuracy, QA compliance, and adherence to Levels of Authority.
- Monitor service performance, resource utilisation, and billing milestones, ensuring timely delivery and revenue realisation.
- Maintain technical accountability for workshop and repair activities, ensuring all work meets required quality, safety, and technical standards.
- Provide technical input and guidance on quotations, proposals, and contracts to ensure solutions are accurate, commercially viable, and aligned with customer needs.
- Manage customer and supplier accounts, including account setup, credit amendments, order releases, and resolution of account disputes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service team to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Work model: onsite from our Stonehouse location.
Qualifications for the Role
- You are skilled in customer service operations and have experience in coordination activities.
- You are computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and other Windows-based business systems.
- You have the ability to demonstrate your experience in engineering operations and customer focused roles.
- You hold either an engineering qualification or a minimum of 2 years experience in an engineering discipline.
- You are at ease communicating in English using a variety of communication methods.
