This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, the Global Brand Governance Manager is a member of the Robotics Central Communications Team. The location is flexible within the Europe time zone. Work model: hybrid.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all activities in relation to global brand governance.
  • Oversee and manage implementation of new brand portal.
  • Implement clear brand governance escalation processes on a global and local level.
  • Act as key contact person for resolving special branding cases / difficult brand issues.
  • Organize workshops with brand Community of Practice and external support agency as needed for brainstorming/working on various branding topics as well as strategic and operational projects.
  • Oversee and guide external support agency to educate, manage, monitor and motivate the branding community on ABB Robotics collaboration tools.
  • Define and execute activities in the “Brand Governance Roadmap,” aligned with brand strategy messages.
  • Create, manage and edit branding guidelines in collaboration with branding team/agency.
  • Roll‑out to global and local communications community all new brand governance activities and provide training on new branding guidelines.
  • Work in collaboration with external providers to create e‑learning tools, programs and audio/visual material for training various internal audiences.

Qualifications For The Role

  • 5-7 years of industry exposure in relevant positions in global brand management/governance in industrial technology, B2B environment.
  • Experienced in international environments (skilled in intercultural communication) including Asia, Europe and US.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience in a rapidly changing or high growth environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to maintain a strategic, yet implementation‑focused mindset.
  • Flexibility and ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints, constraints and external challenges.
  • Ability to shape opinions, creativity, and generate adapted ways of working to different external branding landscapes.
  • Interact with and guide global team of communications professionals to ensure that the brand is positioned and managed properly.
