This position reports to: Lead Project Manager
Job Summary
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of Electrification Service projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: Hybrid/Remote
- Leading the project execution, establishing the approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgement by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Qualifications for the Role
- Proven expertise (10 years+) within project management, with experience in electrical service projects.
- Relevant qualifications such as PMP would be advantageous.
- Strong technical proficiency with project management tools and SAP systems.
- You are passionate about improving customer satisfaction and managing work safely.
- IOSH certification would be advantageous.
- A degree or industry certifications in electrical engineering would also be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with fluent English, written and spoken.
- You hold a valid UK driving license.
