Senior Warehouse Operative / Team Leader

This Position reports to: Warehouse Supervisor.
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. You will be responsible for sorting and arranging materials for storage as per guidelines, ensuring all inbound and outbound deliveries are processed accurately and on time. Your expertise will be key in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, supporting continuous improvement, and performing routine activities in line with established procedures.
- Provide a safe work environment, ensuring that all Health & Safety training is adhered to
- Help plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries are processed accurately and on time
- Responsible for goods receipt, put away, replenishment, dispatch and stock accuracy
- Operate IT systems as required, maintain master data fields and fixed bin levels
Qualifications For The Role
- Relevant qualification in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics coordination
- Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Health & Safety regulations and compliance, stock control and cycle counting procedures
- Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement
