This Position reports to:
Sales Support Team Leader
The Sales Project Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders, supporting the sales team with technical and administrative tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role bridges the gap between sales, operations, and technical functions, ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Verify incoming customer orders against ABB proposals and cost models before sales order registration.
- Register and process sales orders through the local ERP system.
- Raise purchase orders on ABB Feeder Factory and issue order acknowledgments to customers.
- Monitor and manage changes to specifications and delivery schedules with both customers and the Feeder Factory.
- Process incoming invoices from the Feeder Factory and initiate customer invoicing.
- Coordinate freight forwarding for both import and export shipments.
- Extract and present key data from business tools and ERP systems for internal reviews
- Translate customer requirements into robot specifications using online configuration tools.
- Support the Sales Front-End in generating accurate and competitive quotations.
- Provide technical product support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with commercial and trade regulations.
Qualifications for the Role
- Proven experience in a sales support, order processing, or technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage transactional work with discipline.
- Strong IT literacy and data handling skills.
- Experience working directly with customers across various industries.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and provide product support.
- Experience in using CRM tools to manage leads, enquiries and opportunities (Salesforce preferred)
