Your Role and Responsibilities
- Own the financial performance of the manufacturing and assembly operations for lighting products.
- Lead cost accounting, factory performance reporting, and decision support to drive productivity, quality, on‑time delivery, and working capital efficiency.
- Partner with operations supply chain, engineering, and product management to improve margins and cash while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Contribute to the definition of the strategy for the manufacturing site.
- Enable strategy translation into business plans and monitor measurable targets.
- Drive business planning and forecasting process (volumes, mix, conversion costs, headcount, overtime, energy, capex, inventory).
- Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions, build scenarios, and recommend actions.
- Prepare and present operations P&L, variance bridges, and performance dashboards to site leadership.
- Monitor progress achieved and provide insight and analysis to support operational decision‑making.
- Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
- Lead month end close process including account reconciliation, preparation of journal entries, and balance sheet review.
- Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non‑financial operations.

Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent finance qualification
- Strong, well‑established experience in manufacturing finance (preferred in lighting, electronics, electromechanical, or similar) and demonstrated experience in cost accounting.
- Proven business partnering with operations, engineering, and supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and multitasking abilities.
