In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all export-related activities, ensuring the efficient flow of international orders from quotation through to shipment. You will work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellent service. This role requires the ability to work from Leeds 2-3 days per week.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the full export order process from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
- Prepare and coordinate all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and ATR/EUR1 forms.
- Work with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange international shipments in line with Incoterms, customs rules, and customer requirements.
- Provide clear, professional communication to international customers throughout the order cycle.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and logistics partners to ensure smooth handling of export orders.
- Prepare and analyse export-related reports, forecasts, and data using Excel and internal systems.
Qualifications for the Role
- Previous administrative experience, ideally handling order entry/order processing.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office and general IT proficiency.
- Experience working in Exports or international supply chain operations.
- Experience using SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, customs processes, and freight arrangements.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data handling, reporting).
- Accounts experience, including handling debit/credit notes.
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or related administrative roles.
- French & English speaking essential.
