We are looking for a Search & Analytics Specialist to support and improve our search experience and digital analytics capabilities across abb.com, Robotics One, and our internal channels. Search and analytics go hand in hand: search drives user interaction, and analytics helps us understand and optimize the full digital user journey. In this role, you will work hands‑on to enhance search performance while strengthening cross‑platform tracking, reporting, and data transparency across our digital channels.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Manage the Search Product: You will be responsible for the direction, quality, and performance of our search platforms (Elastic Search and Coveo).
- Search Roadmap: You will define the long‑term plan for our search capabilities and ensure it aligns with company strategy.
- Ensure High‑Quality Search Results: You will test new features, review analytics, and work with developers to continuously improve search relevance and accuracy.
- Coordinate Across Platforms: You will ensure consistent search behaviour across abb.com, Robotics One, and the intranet, while meeting the specific needs of each.
- Drive our Analytics Framework: You will be responsible for the setup, quality, and improvement of our digital analytics landscape, with a focus on Google Analytics (GA4).
- Be the Internal Face of Analytics: You will be the go‑to person for analytics topics, providing guidance and training to support stakeholders in using data effectively.
- Develop Cross‑Platform Tracking: You will establish and optimize tracking across abb.com, Robotics One, and other digital touchpoints to understand the full user journey.
- Set Up Dashboards and Provide Training: You will build and manage dashboards in GA4 and other tools to give teams visibility into performance and deliver training to help employees use these tools confidently.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science or similar.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with search technologies (Elastic search and Coveo) and Google Analytics (GA4) – familiarity with additional analytics tools is a plus.
- A user‑focused mindset – always aiming to improve the search experience.
- Good understanding of digital KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement.
- Analytical mindset and ability to derive practical insights from data.
- Structured and organized way of working.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain analytics concepts in simple terms.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in cross‑functional or agile teams is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of tracking concepts, APIs, tagging, or enterprise content systems (CMS, PIM, documentation systems) is an advantage.
- Interest in improving digital experiences through data and continuous optimization.
