In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the ongoing development and enhancement of ABB Robotics’ Value Provider Program, with the goal of strengthening channel partnerships, increasing market penetration, and supporting ABB’s growth ambitions. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for planning and executing the Value Provider Program strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You will also demonstrate your leadership by guiding, developing, and coaching counterparts across countries of varying sizes, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For:
- Lead the continuous development, enhancement, and strategic management of the Value Provider Program (VPP) framework, including benefits, partnership levels, commercial programs, and related documentation such as the VPP playbook and learning programs.
- Capture and integrate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and VPP insights (e.g., NPS surveys) to drive program improvements, growth, expansion, and adoption across countries.
- Establish and maintain alignment on vision, priorities, and objectives with Business Lines, Product Lines, Countries, and other functions (marketing, communications, training, sales) for coordinated annual planning.
- Manage VPP processes, authorizations, business planning, and organize key events such as VP conferences, annual awards, and Tech Talks; develop field enablement and promotional materials.
- Sponsor and drive enhancements to the digital Value Provider/Partner journey, including collaboration on the new Partner Portal implementation, while ensuring ABB processes, compliance, integrity standards, and effective country-level support are embedded in the VPP.
Qualifications For The Role:
- Experienced talented professional with a bachelor’s degree (Master or MBA as an advantage) in engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant and demonstrable experience with related fields and B2B channel business experience, including Partner Programs.
- A proven track record in motivating teams in a multi‑cultural context within a large organization.
- Familiarized with executing the change in an international organization, and willing to be a part of an in‑depth business transformation journey.
- Proven ability in conducting workshops and driving internal communication.
- Proven ability to translate front end requirements into actionable steps for continuous improvements of the Value Provider Program.
- Result oriented execution mindset.
- Self‑driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs as well as tolerant of ambiguity.
- Willing to travel, includes international travel.
