Business And Division Description

Electrification Service Division – Energy & Carbon Service (ECS) Business Line

Location

This role is based in Europe, with a preferred location in the UK and Spain. The work model is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full development lifecycle of as-a-Service energy transition projects for commercial and industrial customers.
  • Identify and secure project sites, manage permitting and interconnection processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project viability and readiness.
  • Oversee project development schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with EPCs, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Act as the primary customer contact during development and support execution through to commercial operation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in energy project development or management, ideally in storage, microgrids, or electrification infrastructure.
  • Proven experience across all phases of project development, including permitting and interconnection.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the EU; fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Preferred: Experience in FEED to commissioning, familiarity with European permitting, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
